Avery was very easy to work with. He always listened to what we were looking for in a house. Always returned phone calls and texts in a very timely manner. We feel Avery really cared about helping us find the right place to call home. I would highly recommend Avery to anyone looking to buy a house. He also has a great personality and is always very polite.

Avery was great helping me with my first and only home purchase! It felt like he had the skills of 4 realtors behind him with all the knowledge he was able to bestow upon me. We had a 2 year buyers agreement so we checked out a ton of houses while I completely changed my mind on what I was looking for in a home from the start compared to what we ended up finding. 10/10 I plan to die in this house! :D

Avery is very detail oriented. He ensured he explained information and relayed the message as he was receiving information in a timely manner. Avery also made sure that he shared his knowledge for any questions that we might have. He gave some pointers about things I should look for in the home, and provided me with some new ideas of neighborhoods to look in. He is very conscientious, and his attention to detail is fantastic.
